• We offer free worldwide shipping with 4PX-PostLink Standard Registered Mail from Shenzhen, CHINA (Shipping time is 7-14 business days).

• Or you can pay extra postage for Express Shipping Option, and we can ship by FedEx / UPS / DHL depend on your country (Shipping time is 1-5 business days).

• Full parcel tracking is included for all countries.

• Business days are MON-SAT exclude SUN & CHINA/ Buyer location country public holiday

• Order cut-off time is each date 17:00 (GMT+8)

Customs / Duty

We will mark as low value and gift on the custom declaration try to let customer save any taxation, but in basically, international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via USPS. 

Shipping Problems

If an International order is received damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalised before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by sugessofficial.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact sugessofficial.com. within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box as our insurance company may want to inspect it. If the item is not received at all we are required to wait 45 days after the shipment date to conduct an insurance claim.
